Disambiguation link notification for November 3
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Paul Williamson, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page West London. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wales Green Party
There is a discussion at Talk:Green Party of England and Wales#Should Wales Green Party become a standalone article? to establish if Wales Green Party (which currently redirects to a section inside Green Party of England and Wales) is notable enough to be restored as a standalone article. As you either took part in the AfD, or are a significant contributor to either Wales Green Party or Green Party of England and Wales, you are being contacted to see if you have input to the discussion. Albert Stewart
Hello there - as you've noticed, I've made a few edits on Albert Stewart, which you created. He's part of a project I'm working on, so I'm delighted to see this article created. FunkyCanute (talk) 11:44, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
- @FunkyCanute: I have to admit I followed the link to the project from your userpage! It looks like a good cause, especially with it being 100 years since WW1. Stewart attracted my attention because he wasn't even red-linked in the table. I was compelled to research him and when I saw he was recommended for the VC I knew I had to create an article for him. Keep up the good work! Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 13:54, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
- Wonderful! thank you! FunkyCanute (talk) 20:25, 9 November 2015 (UTC)

DYK for Melanie Dawes
On 18 November 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Melanie Dawes, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Melanie Dawes was the first Permanent Secretary of a British Government ministry to be selected by the Prime Minister? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Melanie Dawes. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |
