Image source problem with Image:250px-Finnairin Palloilijoiden logo.svg.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:250px-Finnairin Palloilijoiden logo.svg.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:20, 28 June 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 15:20, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
- Whether the image is used on other Wikipedias is irrelevant- different projects have different policies and standards. Here, we demand that images provide source information, which that one doesn't. J Milburn (talk) 17:14, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:IFK-HJK 28.4.2008 007.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:IFK-HJK 28.4.2008 007.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on 116% Boys, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because 116% Boys seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting 116% Boys, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Hi, I think you forgot the license at File:Paulus.PNG. Also, could you go through some of your images and add some sort of description? I think they may be useful but I'm not exactly sure what they are. Thanks! -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:59, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
- I don't know why but the license just wasn't added. I took care of it so no worries. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 19:04, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Why don't you think that the players from the autonomous Åland can't be recognized as such just like the players in Havnar Bóltfelag are recognized as players from the Faroe Islands? Both areas are autonomous territories, one within Denmark and the other within Finland. And if you check IFK Mariehamn's own website they separate the Ålander players [1] Närking (talk) 18:46, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
- Because Åland hasn't got an official national team of its own, but Finland has, and some of the Ålander players in IFK Mariehamn have earned caps for Finnish junior national teams. -- GMM1919 22:41, 25 June 2009 (Finland time)
- But still Åland is as autonomous as the Faroe Islands. And they do have national teams also [2]. And as I said the club itself makes a difference between the players from Åland and Finland. Närking (talk) 19:53, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
- They do, but (btw, I'm an active supporter of the club) that doesn't change the fact that the national team of Åland isn't recognized by UEFA or FIFA, and therefore I find it silly to recognize players of Finland as Ålanders when it comes to football. The Faroese national team has got a fully official status. -- GMM1919 20:00, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
- But it seems like the club itself doesn't think it's silly to recognize players as Ålanders. And also it gives an instant view which players are local (rather few). Närking (talk) 20:21, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:FC Honka - IFK 19.7.2009 009.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:FC Honka - IFK 19.7.2009 009.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NW (Talk) 15:21, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- Hi. The image should've been released to the public domain, and I've mentioned this on the discussion page of the image. I've forgot how to do it, so do you think you can help me? GMM1919 (talk) 16:24, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello GMM1919! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 273 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
- Tero Karhu - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
