[edit]My definition of neutrality is that the country or party does not choose a side, and is friendly with both nations in a particular situation.
Merged definition of neutrality
Neutrality does not choose a side and is impartial.
A Good Source is unbiased, has quality sources, excellent grammar, and is appropriate to each respective section.
Excluded
Blogs, Opinion Posts, and Company Websites, and .org
Scholarly source- Academic journals, Book Published by University Press
Wiki Ed Foundation partnerships have changed who authors Wikipedia pages, because college students and educated professionals that were not traditionally exposed to Wikipedia are now editing due to the Wiki Ed Foundation.
