This works!!

I started oil shots a couple months ago, reluctant at first but after starting them the weight flew off me. They’re part of my regular routine now and they help so much 68.111.83.2 (talk) 08:41, 16 June 2022 (UTC)

I thought that perhaps you were your user page as an editing test, but from your response it appears that you are advocating oil shots as a health regimen. I'm afraid you cannot keep that there. This is not a web host, blog, or place for extensive comment about things unrealted to Wikipedia (see WP:UPNOT). User pages are meant to describe yourself and how you intend to contribute to the Wikipedia project. Please take a look at WP:UPYES.
