Hi Furmeyer. You are off to such a great start on the article Agathe de Rambaud that it may qualify to appear on Wikipedia's Main Page under the Did you know... section. The Main Page gets about 4,000,000 hits per day and appearing on the Main Page may help bring publicity and assistance to the article. However, there is a five day from article creation window for Did you know... nominations. Before five days pass from the date the article was created and if you haven't already done so, please consider nominating the article to appear on the Main Page by posting a nomination at Did you know suggestions. If you do nominate the article for DYK, please cross out the article name on the "Good" articles proposed by bot list. Also, don't forget to keep checking back at Did you know suggestions for comments regarding your nomination. Again, great job on the article. -- JayHenry 04:24, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

House of Baux

[edit]

Back on 31 January 2008 you created an article on French Wikiepdia called fr:Pons de Fos. It appears that JMvanDijk copied that table into an article called House of Baux from the French Wikipedia without crediting the copy as should be done in the history of the article.

One of the parts of the table that was copied was the footnote that started "Phantoms of Remembrance : ..." I have had a shot at translating it into English. Please could you look over the results and check for any mistakes I may have made. -- PBS (talk) 15:19, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
