Before you do anything else, I suggest you do the below. It will save you a lot of time down the road.

• read the following two articles
  • WP:BOSS. Though he is your teacher (and presumably not your boss?), it goes over some important points to keep in mind when you're editing about someone like a teacher who has some kind of authority over you.
  • Why an article about yourself isn't necessarily a good thing, so you know potential problems your teacher may encounter if you successfully restore the Wikipedia article about him
• Then, can you link some articles about your teacher that are independent of him and have editorial oversight?
  • You can see some good and bad examples at WP:RSPSS.
  • If there are at least three such sources that discuss Bhandari in-depth, then he meets the criteria for a standalone article on Wikipedia (what others on Wikipedia may call notability or wikinotability).
    • If not, the article will be re-deleted; no amount of writing can fix an article whose subject does not meet criteria for a standalone article.
