Request reason:
when I try to discuss on talk page, they revert my changes and then block my account. When I file a Dispute Resolution, they say there isn't enough discussion on the talk page. SO that's why I created new accounts to talk on the talk page, but then those get blocked too, and thus there is NEVER enough discussion on the talk page for a Dispute Resolution request... What do I do in this case?

What do you do to get unblocked? You make an unblock request that makes it clear you understand why you were blocked, and explains in a convincing manner how your approach to Wikipedia will change if unblocked. Uh I think I'm being framed or there's some technical error. What is sockpuppet? I am on public IP maybe someone else is causing issues? This is my first time making wikipedia account.

- You have already admitted creating new accounts in a previous unblock request, and you can't hide that by removing it (it's all in this page's history for everyone to see anyway). I have reinstated it above, and I have revoked your ability to edit this talk page to stop you removing it again - as the next reviewing admin will need to see it.
