I have notified the group that you have continued the edit war that got you blocked the last time. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 18:10, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Let me make an (unsolicited) suggestion. The Hornbeck paragraph could indeed be better written and make better use of sources. However, removing the entire paragraph repeatedly, despite the presence of reasonable sources (e.g. the New York Daily News), without any attempt at discussion beyond mentioning WP:BLP, isn't going to work. I see you commented at the BLP noticeboard, which is a good first step - you may want to amend your post there to include the specific sourcing issues and concerns you have. People do take BLP seriously here, but this is a gray area rather than an egregious violation, meaning that you have to actually try to convince people rather than edit-warring. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although we invite everyone to contribute constructively here, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did with this edit to User talk:Ramsquire. You may wish to read the introduction to editing for more information about Wikipedia. Thank you. Jake Wartenbergtalk 01:00, 10 December 2008 (UTC) [reply]

Controversy AFD

[edit]

I don't see what the problem is about the sources and the sections. If you renominate the article, I will definately have a strong keep. With all those keep votes in the previous AFD, it will obviously be a keep in a new AFD. It seems like you are the one doing the POV pushing. Schuym1 (talk) 04:22, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So that makes it 3 AFDs that ended up being a keep. Not surprising. Schuym1 (talk) 02:14, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

You've been admonished time and time again for pushing an agenda, attacking other editors, and violating our policies to make a point. Please stop disrupting Wikipedia; if you can't make helpful contributions, please refrain from making any edits at all. If you continue, I have no doubt that your editing privileges will be revoked. //Blaxthos ( t / c ) 23:17, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AFD

[edit]

Can you please place the proper template {{subst:afd3|pg=Criticism of Bill O'Reilly (political commentator) (2nd nomination)}} on the AfD page, so that the article can appear on the AfD list. Thanks. Ramsquire (throw me a line) 00:12, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ANI, again

[edit]

Hello, Fru23. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. I am requesting that you receive a topic ban based on your recent edits. Here is the link to the new section. Ramsquire (throw me a line) 17:29, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My suggestion to you is to do some actual editing involving critical material rather then engage in meta discussion. In that way you could develop a feel for which sources are acceptable and which not. Fred Talk 18:56, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have a basic idea of what sources are acceptable, but there seems to be a double standard.Fru23 (talk) 20:21, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm continuing to look into the matter. Could you elaborate, show me some examples, etc. Fred Talk 20:24, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hey dude i'm trying to help you out here. if youll agree to be mentored by me or someone selse, we can close the WP:ANI trhead and try to get the topic-bans of the table. Smith Jones (talk) 01:36, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
