Let me start out by saying that I believe historical topics like this are an important part of the encyclopedia. Far more important than most of the contemporary drek we include. So, I really want this to be accepted.

That being said, I don't see that this meets either WP:GNG or WP:NBUILDING, based on the sources in the draft. The problem is mostly the sourcing.

The two Glower books appear to be published by small presses. The author is described by the University of Chicago Press as a compulsive church crawler, who appears to have specialized in the churches of this area. This leads me to believe they're not entirely objective. I found the first one in WoldCat, but can't find any mention of the second, which makes me wonder if it's self-published.

I was able to locate the newman book, but it's only held in a few university research libraries, which again makes me think interest in this church is a very niche thing.

As a practical matter, please include ISBN numbers on your references. That would have saved me a lot of time tracking these down.

I think what we need to see are more sources, from outside of the highly focused genre of guidebooks to churches in the region. Take a look at WP:NBUILDING. Does this church meet the officially assigned the status of cultural heritage or national heritage, or of any other protected status on a national level criteria? If so, we need sources to demonstrate that.

On the other hand, we have much broader criteria for notability of villages. See WP:GEOLAND. The About the Village section might be reused as an article about the village, in which some (but not all) of this material about the church could be mentioned. We do currently have an entry for Penrice, Swansea, which just redirects to List of villages in Gower, where the church is briefly mentioned. The redirect could be turned into a full-fledged article on the village.
