Taichung City
[edit]I am new on WikiProject Cities. I have added considerable content to the first city I am working on, which happens to be the city of my residence, Taichung City. Would you mind taking a few minutes to look it over and leave comments on how you think I can make it better to bring it up to WikiProject Cities standards in a section of the discussion page for the city’s article page that I have set up.
Thank you. Ludahai 03:41, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
First War Veterans and Casualties
[edit]I am intersted in learning what source you used to verify the number of men who went off to war and the number of casualties.
I am researching First War veterans from Embrun and have only identified two - Arthur and Edouard Bourbonnais who died overseas.
Your help would be most appreciated.

Nobody thinks a community has to be incorporated to exist; a community does, however, have to be incorporated to be a town or a city. If it's not incorporated, it's a community. You'd get a lot farther if you weren't so persistently misrepresenting or misunderstanding what's being said to you — nobody ever said that unincorporated communities don't even exist, just that they're not municipalities. Embrun in World War 1
[edit]I am researching war veterans in Embrun, Ontario.
Can you provide me with the reference to where your statement concerning the number of men who volunteered from Embrun came from?
Do you have any lists of names of people who volunteered for service?

Please, I as said above, I didn't write that (i'm not sure why a lot of people think I did - maybe because I contribute to that article a lot and didn't bother to check the history page). It was an anon. You want proof, look in the history. --FreshFruitsRule 22:06, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
Election results
[edit]Hello,
All provincial election returns in Ontario are published by Elections Ontario. You should be able to find detailed constituency returns in the reference sections of academic libraries (and some general libraries as well).
I would hasten to add that election results cannot be copyrighted. CJCurrie 18:37, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

The file File:LunaTerraformed.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 18 January 2020 (UTC)
