[edit]Hello Freezethetease. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. 99.155.206.229 (talk) 12:18, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Freezethetease) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it's the same as the Facebook page you're promoting. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why.reason: im am one of the admins for this camapaign and facebook page was created by me.but still if you feel im violating your rules please let me know.thanks. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. 99.155.206.229 (talk) 12:18, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Eve teasing has been reverted.
Your edit here to Eve teasing was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Freeze-the-Tease-An-Anti-Eve-Tease-Initiative/247137291983268?sk=info) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 12:40, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. 99.155.206.229 (talk) 13:23, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
- It's apparent from your username and edits that your sole interest is in promoting your Facebook campaign, without any supporting reliable sources--noble as the intent may be, that's not what Wikipedia is for. 99.155.206.229 (talk) 13:23, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

Sir Armbrust Talk to me Contribs 13:38, 14 August 2011 (UTC)Additionally, it appears your account is intended to be used for the purpose of telling the world about an organization or cause that you consider worthwhile. Unfortunately, many good causes are not sufficiently notable for their own Wikipedia article, and all users are discouraged from editing in any area where they have an inherent conflict of interest, though you may wish to consider one of these alternative outlets. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text
