[edit]Great start! I can tell you definitely did your research. I would say that you have included a lot of information about the effects that nitrate has on the body and many ways that people are exposed to nitrate that is probably already included in the article outside of this section. Maybe narrow in on more epidemiological aspects of the exposure and cut out some of the other things. Other than that very well written!
