Usernames

[edit]

Hey. Slight problem with your username - it pretty strongly implies that the account is being used by more than one person, which is not allowed.

(If the account is in fact being used by four women, then three of you will have to get your own accounts).

I recommend you post a request to have your username changed.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you have a good time in your class. DS (talk) 15:02, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

My username is a reference to a Nina Simone song. Should I still change it? Fourwomen (talk) 17:24, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I'd still recommend that, because you can't constantly explain the reference to everyone who sees your username (in, for instance, a page history). DS (talk) 17:40, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for understanding; hope you do well in your course. DS (talk) 07:29, 13 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!
