Request reason:

I tried to edit anonymously, got a message that someone from this IP block has done abuse, so the range was blocked, but that if I signed in I could still edit. I signed in, but it still shows the same message and won't let me edit. I cleared cookies and signed in again, same thing. Won't even let me ask for help in the help wiki because that requires editing. At the IRC help, nobody answered. What do I do to edit using my account?

Decline reason:

Without your IP address - there isn't anything we can do to help. This information can be found at whatismyip.com, or googling "what is my ip". SQLQuery me! 18:33, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

To help you, we will need to know your IP address. If you do not wish to give it publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to request unblock. 331dot (talk) 18:29, 6 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
