[edit]Hello, I'm Miminity. I noticed that you recently removed content from David Corenswet without adequately explaining why. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. also, Wikipedia is not censored as the information available to the public Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 05:08, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hi I did leave a reason it was that David Corenswet is an extremely private person and I don’t think he’d appreciate you putting his marriage on the internet without his consent and knowledge so yes you did make a mistake so please if you can I’d appreciate it and I know David would appreciate it if you deleted the information about his marriage from his wiki page Forevertonight65 (talk) 07:07, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hello, that is not a legitimate reason for information to be removed from Wikipedia. Many celebrities have unsavory information about sexual abuse and other crimes on their Wikipedia page that they would rather not have there, but it's not for them (or any fans) to decide. Wikipedia's policy on biographies of living persons requires adherence to Neutral point of view and Verifiability. Regarding privacy "In the case of public figures, there will be a multitude of reliable published sources, and BLPs should simply document what these sources say." David Corenswet is a public figure and information on his marriage that has been published in the Times of Israel is public information from a reliable source. Please familiarize yourself with the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons page to learn more. Thanks. Bluedoor17 (talk) 19:35, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at David Corenswet, you may be blocked from editing. Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 03:49, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
