The Silent Comedy is a San Diego-based rock band, known for their folk- and cabaret-inspired music.[2][3]

History

The band was founded in San Diego, California by brothers Joshua and Jeremiah Zimmerman,[4][5]


In September 2010, their album Common Faults won the San Diego Music Awards's 'Best Pop Album' award.[6]

Their song "Bartholomew" was used in a 2011 TV advertisement for the video game Dark Souls.[7]
