I regret to inform you...
[edit]...that you will have to remove the image of Roy Mustang currently on your userpage. Our fair use doctrine prohibits the use of copyrighted material on any User pages.
- Restrictions on location. Non-free content is used only in the article namespace; it is never used on templates (including stub templates and navigation boxes) or on user pages. I am bringing this to your attention in good faith; however others may not be as understanding and will remove the image for you if you do not remove it on your own.
