Aukash Zahid Article

[edit]

Hello, I review articles at Wikipedia and I have done a bit of editing on your article. I want to explain the changes I have made and try to provide a bit of advice.

First, I have removed some of the non-neutral language. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia so words like "great" and "success" to describe your subject and his work are not allowed. Please see Wikipedia's help file regarding writing from a neutral point of view.

Also, I have added "citation needed" tags to your article. When you are writing about a living person you will need to add inline citations for all quotes attributed to that person and for all information that could be challenged. I have placed the tags where you will need to add inline citations.

Finally, it may be that it is just a bit too soon for an encyclopedia article about this subject. The guidelines indicate:

An individual is presumed to be notable "if he or she has been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject", and "if depth-of-coverage is not substantial, then multiple less-than-substantial independent sources may be needed to prove notability". Coverage must be more than trivial and must be reliable".
Primary sources may be used to support the content of an article, but primary sources do not contribute toward notability]] and may only support other content.

So, even where an outside source is used, if it is only repeating what the subject has said, it is not an independent source. Likewise, the subject's own website is not considered independent or reliable. You will need to improve the article before it can be accepted by adding independent, reliable sources that have written about your subject or wait until your subject has been writing a bit longer and then submit an article wherein his notability can be verified by independent sources.

Deletion discussion about Aukash zahid

[edit]

Hello, Fizzah123,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Aukash zahid should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Aukash zahid .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, Barney the barney barney (talk) 17:40, 26 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Aukash Zahid

[edit]

Hello Fizzah123,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Aukash Zahid for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks,

Rarkenin (talk) 21:56, 6 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Fizzah123. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Aukash Zahid".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Aukash Zahid}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. (tJosve05a (c) 08:42, 27 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
