Because of this and this, both of which vitlate our WP:NPA policy. Also, creating another account to evade a ban is an offence which could easily get you a ban on your IP address. ST47Talk 11:56, 4 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't block Fingmister (talk • contribs • page moves • block user • block log). Samir (The Scope) did, I only declined your original unblock request. If you want to edit Wikipedia again, go back to your original account, apologize via email to everyone you've personally attacked and if they accept that you've been sincere about it, someone else may take your second unblock request a bit more seriously. -- Netsnipe ► 12:40, 6 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
