User talk:FinallyEditingWithAUsername
June 2012
[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Planking (fad), without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Thanks for being a good sport in the dispute concerning the movement of Planking (fad). You'll have many more arguments to come, some of which you'll lose and some of which you'll win!
Also, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but if you like, you can change your username if you have changed your mind about FinallyEditingWithAUsername. This is simply a suggestion, so it is ultimately your call. I just wanted to make you aware of this process in case you weren't. :)
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.
