Hi! I am going to revert you edits to Universal jurisdiction, not because I think that they are wrong but because this is a controversial topic and everything in it needs to be from a citied verifiable reliable source or it can be construed as original research --Philip Baird Shearer 09:10, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Philip. I think it can be construed as original research. The passage on Belgium is a rewrite from a part of one of my books. I didn't reference it because I don't like self-publicity, but perhaps if I do reference it you may accept it. Here the reference: Democratic imperialism : a practical guide / Filip Spagnoli.
