Hi! Hi Philip. I think it can be construed as original research. The passage on Belgium is a rewrite from a part of one of my books. I didn't reference it because I don't like self-publicity, but perhaps if I do reference it you may accept it. Here the reference: Democratic imperialism : a practical guide / Filip Spagnoli.
