The problem with the article as it was, and indeed still stands, is that it lacks proper referencing. Without references, the notability of the subject cannot be established. Additionally, the article does lack contextual information. The article speaks of "financial institutions" - but doesn't list any examples. What is the difference between a card-linked offer and a Loyalty program or Incentive program? These are basic questions that the article simply doesn't answer. One of the referenced 'sources' specifically mentions loyalty programs. The submission may be better merged in to other articles, such as Incentive program, Loyalty program or Loyalty marketing and the content of the article may already exist in such articles, with reliable sources and proper inline referencing.
