Problems with upload of File:Sauerkraut.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Sauerkraut.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

[edit]Looks good! You have lots of well-organized and sourced information. You should include most of the information already given at the existing Power Purchase Agreement article, if you have not done so already. Yes, it is often hard to reword something because there's only so many ways of saying something. Brief quotations of copyrighted text may be used to illustrate a point, establish context, or attribute a point of view or idea. Copyrighted text must be attributed and clearly marked as a quote. Extensive quotation of copyrighted text is prohibited even if correctly cited. See Wikipedia:Quotations.
