Template ready
[edit]Hey Aza24 Casliber Femke, the template is ready if you want to move it out of my sandbox. You'll want to change the demonstration code at the end, though. 〜 Festucalex • talk 18:43, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Festucalex. We've already send invitations to all previous participants + others who signed up to the Wikipedia:The Core Contest/delivery list. What was your idea about who to contact? I'm a bit worried about stressing the money aspect, as we don't want people to join for the money, but instead having that as a nice extra. Editing for money has historically been associated with poor editing. —Femke 🐦 (talk) 17:15, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
- @Femke: This template is meant to be more of a personal invitation, see my discussion with your fellow judge. He was the one to suggest the monetary reward thing. I take leave of this little project and put it in your hands. Do as you see fit. 〜 Festucalex • talk 21:05, 5 April 2023 (UTC)
- @Femke: Might I also point out that I was not a previous participant nor on the delivery list. I actually found TCC completely by accident. That's how I got the idea for the template. 〜 Festucalex • talk 21:09, 5 April 2023 (UTC)
- Brill, thanks :). I'm uncomfortable to make it more 'formal' by moving with two mentions of money, but feel free to move it yourself. —Femke 🐦 (talk) 12:33, 8 April 2023 (UTC)
- @Femke: Change it as you wish. As I said, the money part wasn't my idea in the first place. 〜 Festucalex • talk 06:04, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
