Yes, I did intend the article cerebral palsy to be nominated as a featured article. I had originally intended to nominate it to simply be a good article, but after further reviewing decided that it met the criteria of a featured article. If I made a mistake by nominating it as featured too quickly, please tell me and I will go back to nominating it as good.
