[edit] This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by inserting commentary or your personal analysis into an article, as you did to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Enigma message Review 06:59, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

My question is with regards to the data I placed on The church of JesusChrist of latter day saints. I have a quote from a published professor that states
"A cult of Christianity is a group of people, claiming to be Christian, who embrace a particular doctrinal system taught by an individual leader, group of leaders, or organization, which (system) denies (either explicitly or implicitly) one or more of the central (essential) doctrines of the Christian faith, as taught in the sixty-six books of the Bible (Gomes, Unmasking the Cults, 7)."
where on the page can such a quote be placed? Fatherabraham92823 (talk) 07:23, 23 April 2008 (UTC)fatherabraham92823

If I were to place a concise outline of The Mormon beliefs with proper citings using THEIR material i.e. Articles of Faith, Doctrines and Covenants, POGP, BOM, Sayings of Joseph Smith, would it be allowed?

- To answer both of your questions, as long as the material you add has a verifiable source and is neutral then it is allowed. Alexfusco5 14:45, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
- The key word is neutral. Wikipedia ideally adheres to a neutral point of view policy. Personal opinions and independant research will be removed. You must present material as the opinion of a individual, with a published source. The credentials and background of your source may be questioned, as well as the value of the content. And be prepared to have all your submittals heavily edited. Minority or fringe viewpoints, on the far edges of any spectrum, don't usually get much space.
- As to placing this or any other information on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints article, the regular editors of that article (LDS and otherwise) try very hard to control the length of the article as it tends to grow! Mormons, of all sects, will also resist any efforts to call the movement a cult or non-Christian, and consider that viewpoint highly POV. LDS churches teach that Jesus Christ is the Savior and Redeemer of the world, and most LDS offshoots are long established reputable religious groups. Individual LDS adherants firmly believe that we are Christians and are part of the Restorationist religious tradition. However, since it appears that your viewpoint is only about criticism (a real shame, in my opinion), you might be better off trying to edit Criticism of Mormonism or Mormonism and Christianity. There are also other anti-Mormon oriented articles on Wikipedia. Hope you take time to learn a little more before you criticize, but remember to check your sources and make sure your wording is neutral. WBardwin (talk) 22:52, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
