Please provide verification.
[edit]First off, allow me to thank you for your contributions to the articles regarding Avatar: The Last Airbender, they are most appreciated. However, much of the information you are providing is about future episodes, and thus needs a source to be verified, as per Wikipedia’s official policy (see WP:Verifiability). If you are unsure how to properly cite your sources, feel free to post the information in my talk page and I’ll see to it. However, until verification is provided, the information is not appropriate for posting on Wikipedia.--Fyre2387 21:48, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
Verification?

License tagging for Image:Image1ch3.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Image1ch3.png. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 14:06, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
Copyrighted content and non-published material
[edit]Greetings, Father's Wish. Although I'm sure you meant no offense, it has been noted by several editors that you have recently been going through and adding content to the Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation and List of Avatar: The Last Airbender minor secondary characters pages that has been copied verbatim from Nick.com. I must ask you to please stop this practice and to remove all information that you have added in this manner, as that text is copyrighted to Nick.com and thus it is an act of plagiarism to include a copy of it in Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Copyright issues, Plagiarism). If you wish to include information on these topics on Wikipedia pages, you must write the material in your own words.
In addition, you have recently added material to the Secret of the Fire Nation, Part 1, Secret of the Fire Nation, Part 2, City of Walls and Secrets, List of Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes, and potentially Tales of Ba Sing Se pages that is sourced to a Distant Horizon forum post (with images hosted on Image Shack). However, despite the potential validty of its contents, a forum post is not a reliable source and thus the information you have referenced does not belong on Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Reliable sources), and this is why editors have been continually reverting your additions to these pages. Remember, the official policy of Wikipedia concerning what information should be included is "verifiability", NOT "truth" (see Wikipedia:Verifiability). If you wish to include the information from the Distant Horizon forum post, you must first find (and reference) a published source that contains said information (and the published source must contain the information as of present; while Nick.com may have had the spoiler information on its pages at an earlier point in time, the information is not located there now and thus cannot be presently verified for Wikipedia purposes). Thank you for your understanding. Prototime 18:47, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
Blocked
[edit]Your account it only used to create abusive sockpuppets, therefore you will exhaust everybody's patience with everyone going around tagging all your sockpuppets. There is no point in you contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Iolakana|T 20:24, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
Father's Wish
[edit]You know its me right? I'm the real "Father's Wish". I just read everything over and I can't believe what has happened. I leave for awhile and bunch of people jump all over my name (which meaning is something that is very important to me by the way). Now I can't even do anything. Your probably wondering why I didn't say anything earlier. This is exactly why. I didn't want to get "into" all this, you know? I just wanted to come here and post info on a show that I enjoy if I found them to be accurate. Now I got a bunch of "vandals" I'm paying for, even when some have stated that they're not me. And the others.... "[You] get adreneline out of this?" All your doing is sitting on your ass typing a bunch of stupid crap onto a computer! What's the next big thing for you, jaywalking? Telling people to look over there when there' nothing there?
Look to be honest, I still don't really know how this place works, like I said before I'm only here for Avatar. I don't even know how to upload a picture. So I don't know how to deal with all this either. Please, just do whatever you can. I don't mind not having an account, but getting blamed for what someone else did is something that I can't tolerate.
Father's Wish again.
[edit]By the way, your welcome for the magazine info that I put up H2P. I also put up info on the Burger King advertising and a link to an article discussing the success of the Avatar cine-manga. See how helpful I can be?
You know what’s really funny? All that (spoiler) information that I posted weeks ago for the upcoming episodes (which were 100% accurate by the way) that always got deleted an hour later, are now on the pages, a good two weeks before the episodes. From the look of it, they’re here to stay. How messed up is that? Some of what is written are exactly what I originally put down. Speaking of originality, do you that the summary for The Drill is taken from the TV.com summary for that episode. How do I know? Beause I’m the one who originally submitted the summary (which they’ve simply copied and pasted here) to the TV.com guides. Funny isn’t it? {{subst:Father's Wish}}
