Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Betsy Boze while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of more than one account or IP address by one person. If this was not your intention, then please always remember to log in when editing. Thank you. As I wrote on the page of your apparent alter ego, User:98.103.78.99, don't say stuff which isn't true. Calton | Talk 15:36, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Given that you once used -- and, I see, are continuing to use -- the same bogus rationale and claims of consensus for removing relevant and sourced information regarding the circumstances of Boze's departure, it seemed that it was a fair guess that you are the I.P user.
In any case, the information is relevant -- certainly enough for the CoHE to make note of it -- and In no way "libelous". And to forestall any more of THAT rhetoric, I invite you to have a read of this before you try out that tactic. --Calton | Talk 17:18, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to University of Texas at Austin may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • weighting by acceptance rate and the 25th/75th percentile of admissions tests such as SAT and ACT). UT Austin was also ranked as the 18th most selective in the South.<ref>http://www.bizjournals.com/

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to James Earl Rudder may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s and 2 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • [[Texas]], and was a high school and college teacher and coach. He was the third president of the [[Texas A&M University System}}.

Hello, FallenAngelsandDemons, and thank you for your contributions!

I wanted to let you know it seems an article you worked on, Millennium Leadership Initiative, is copied from another Wikipedia page, Millennial Leadership Initiative. It's fine to do this as long as you provide the following information in the edit summary:

  1. a link to the article you copied from
  2. the date you copied it

You can do this now by editing the page, making any minor edit to the article, and adding the above information into the edit summary.

If you're still not sure how to fix the problem, please leave a message at the help desk. It's possible that I made a mistake, so feel free to remove the tag I placed on the article.

Thanks again for helping build the free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 23:09, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As the bot advised you, this move was not properly done - please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia for more explanation of why and Help:Move for the right way to do this. I have fixed this, because it constituted a violation of copyright, but it's important that you understand how to do this correctly next time you want to move content from one page to another. Please don't ignore such notices in the future - this is a legal requirement and must be done. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:10, 29 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
