The thesis paper is for a Master's degree

2). Is this a direct translation of the thesis paper?

No. I did paraphrasing when I wrote the draft

3). Are there any other sources for this subject

As you can see on the draft, there are two other sources. The first one is a link that explains about him. The second one is a report that mentions his job.
