Please participate to the talk pages consultation
Hello
Our team at the Wikimedia Foundation is working on a project to improve the ease-of-use and productivity of wiki talk pages. As a Teahouse host, I can imagine you’ve run into challenges explaining talk pages to first-time participants.
We want all contributors to be able to talk to each other on the wikis – to ask questions, to resolve differences, to organize projects and to make decisions. Communication is essential for the depth and quality of our content, and the health of our communities. We're currently leading a global consultation on how to improve talk pages, and we're looking for people that can report on their experiences using (or helping other people to use) wiki talk pages. We'd like to invite you to participate in the consultation, and invite new users to join too.
We thank you in advance for your participation and your help.

Disambiguation link notification for October 12
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Abdul Qadir Patel, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page PPPP (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Faysal Aziz Khan
I took your "blanking" of Faysal Aziz Khan as a sign that you wanted it deleted. Since there were some edits by other editors, and it's a judgement call as to whether {{db-author}} applies, I replaced the "proposed deletion" template with {{db-g6|reason=db-author, on behalf of author Faizanalivarya, author all but blanked page. Note: Page created in May of this year. Edits by others were relatively minor, but a 2nd review should be done before db-author is honored. If declined, please revert to the "pre-blank" revision https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Faysal_Aziz_Khan&oldid=991621307 so that the PROD placed by the author will be allowed to expire on December 8.}}
An administrator will either revert the page or revert it to the "pre-blanked" revision which has the "proposed deletion" template on it. If that happens, AND nobody objects before December 8, it will be deleted under the proposed deletion process. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 18:02, 1 December 2020 (UTC)

Your advice
Dear Faizan, please take a look at Draft:Vitaliy Katsenelson. It is a properly declared WP:COI contribution about a value investing book author. Since you are a member of WP:Business and also have a profound experience of editing Wikipedia, I decided to ask for your advice. What do you think of this contribution, what can be improved? Thanks! Peter. -- Bbarmadillo (talk) 15:37, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

Your advice
Dear Varya, please take a look at Draft:upGrad. It is a properly stated WP:COI contribution about an Indian educational company. Since you have great experience of editing Wikipedia and also know quite well Indian sources, I decided to ask for your advice. Please tell what do you think of this article? What should be improved? ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message
Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
