Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because the subject currently does not meets the WP:GNG, WP:NBLP, and WP:NBAND criteria showing no significant coverage from secondary reliable sources that is independent of the subject.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
