Sources
[edit]Hello, thanks for creating Noël Soumah. At the moment, it has 'external links' which means 'suggestions for further reading'. Are these also your sources? For all biographies of living people, they need clear, WP:INLINECITED sources. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 14:09, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
- Can you please answer? There is the same issue with Bernardinho (footballer) and all the other articles you've created. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 14:37, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- Footballinbelgium, you've continued to edit but not respond. WP:Communication is required, not optional, when editors contact you about concerns. You may also want to look at WP:V and WP:BURDEN. Please respond. Boleyn (talk) 07:30, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 11
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Charles Morren (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sources and communication
[edit]Footballinbelgium, you've continued to edit but ignored my three messages. Can you please respond? WP:Communication is required as part of the policies WP:CONDUCT and WP:DISPUTE. You may also want to look at WP:V. Please answer my previous messages. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 07:01, 29 April 2018 (UTC)
- This is my fifth message - can you please respond? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 18:46, 5 May 2018 (UTC)

- I put sources like FootballDatabase.eu or Soccerway Footballinbelgium 18:27, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
- No, you put 'external links' which means 'suggestions for further reading' but does not indicate that they were sources used in the creation of the article. You have also been repeatedly told that biographies of living people need inline citations (see WP:INLINECITE). Can you please agree to add these to the articles you have been contacted about? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 19:32, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
- You've edited since this, can you please respond? You are risking a block by this behaviour. Boleyn (talk) 14:21, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- Footballinbelgium, communication is really important. When you have put 'External links', did you mean that they were your sources? Boleyn (talk) 13:57, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
- You've continued to edit but not respond; this will need to go back to ANI if you won't WP:ENGAGE. Please respond to the messages above. This has been going on for months now. Boleyn (talk) 05:30, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
- Footballinbelgium, if other editors raise concerns about your editing, it is compulsory that you respond. Please see the policies WP:DISPUTE and WP:CONDUCT. You've also continued to add unsourced content to articles like [1] and don't use edit summaries, making it difficult for others. Boleyn (talk) 20:03, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. [edit]Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. If you have such a source to verify the information you added to the Rodrigue Fassinou article then please let me know and we can take a look at changing the article. Please let me know if you have any questions or queries. Thanks, GiantSnowman 07:31, 29 May 2019 (UTC)

Sorry
[edit]Hi FIB Sébastien. I'm sorry. I mistakenly reverted your additions of height sourced to https://nifootball.blogspot.com based on the assumption that it was not reliable. In the meantime I have been told that Northern Ireland's Footballing Greats (NIFG) is in fact a reliable source. I will reinstate the changes. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 09:49, 18 September 2024 (UTC)
Height format
[edit]Hello, and thank you for adding a sourced height to the page Dave Latchford. Please note MOS:UNITS, which tells us that the primary units for personal height and weight are feet/inches and stones/pounds
for UK-related subjects. So Mr Latchford's height should have been left as the source specified it, 6 ft 2 in.
If conversion from an inappropriate source format is needed, please let the system do it rather than making your own conversions.
- {{convert|6|ft|2|in|m|abbr=on|order=flip}} converts a ft/in source to display the metric conversion first, as 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in)
- {{convert|1.88|m|ftin|abbr=on|order=flip}} converts a metric source to display as ft/in first, 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m).
