Question from BALRAM KUMAVAT (22:52, 3 February 2022)
Hello --BALRAM KUMAVAT (talk) 22:52, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
DYK for Mothica
On 4 February 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Mothica, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Mothica (pictured) credits TikTok for the success of her career as a musician? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Mothica. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Mothica), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Margot Heuman on OTD
Thanks for adding Margot Heuman to Wikipedia:Selected anniversaries/February 17. I am planning on including her this year, but I have one concern, which is that the introduction is kind of short. Can you expand it a bit so that it summarizes the entire article? Thanks. —howcheng {chat} 18:22, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks so much, howcheng! I've expanded the lede. ezlev (user/tlk/ctrbs) 19:03, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
- That's good, but now I think it's too long. You don't have to be too detailed. Just hit the high points and you'll be good to go. With an article of this length, I wouldn't expect more than one or two paragraphs at most. —howcheng {chat} 19:28, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry about that, howcheng – the too-long lede is a recurring problem of mine. (It's all interesting!) I trimmed it down a bunch, if you want to take another look? ezlev (user/tlk/ctrbs) 19:47, 15 February 2022 (UTC)

WP:AFC Helper News
Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.
- AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
- The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.
Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future. Cheers, Primefac, via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 16:00, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
