The provided references are almost entirely PRIMARY, which should be avoided if and when possible in order to better allow for verification of the facts being supported. In other words, please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail. On the "prose" front, this draft is written largely in list-format, but the majority of the text could (and should) be written in paragraph form (basically, we don't need a line break/paragraph for every sentence).

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
