Queen of the South kits 2017-18
I'm happy enough with the home and away kit images that you have drafted. Are you in a position to upload them yet or do you have to wait a little while longer?Rusty1111 : Talk 09:21, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for updating. Most appreciated. Rusty1111 : Talk 15:23, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
References
Hi, please do not removed references from articles without providing an explanation, like you did at Shaun Rooney. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 18:34, 9 June 2017 (UTC)
Edinburgh City squad
Yes, I'd say it's probably worth having if there are enough bluelinks - the risk is that they lose 'notable' players and we go through a slow delete-restore-delete-restore process over the years as the squad changes... GiantSnowman 18:10, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
Squad Numbers
Hi Exxy, hope all's well. A few clubs in League One and Two have started releasing squad numbers (Raith, Ayr etc). Are we minded to include them on the relevant pages or just ignore them? If we did go ahead and use, I would be in favour of removing them if they aren't used consistentlyas per last season. Thoughts appreciated. CoatbridgeChancellor (talk) 19:07, 11 July 2017 (UTC)
Hi Exxy, cheers for the reply. I agree with you, I'll get on it and we'll see what happens.
Football players photos
What are the rules for uploading photos to a footballer's page and how do you go about this? I am particularly looking at Derek Lyle's page where he is playing for Hamilton Academical. Lyle has played for Queen of the South more than any other club and I would like to replace the Hamilton photo with one from Queens. Rusty1111 : Talk 18:45, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for your reply to the Derek Lyle photo query. I'll give this a try. Rusty1111 : Talk 18:45, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
I'm planning to update more players photos but I don't appear to be able to upload the video that I used for Lyle's photo. Could you update the video to my page again, please? Rusty1111 : Talk 18:45, 12 July 2017 (UTC)

Queen of the South Third Kit for Season 2017-18
Queens were wearing a new third kit versus Falkirk this afternoon. White top, blue shorts and white socks. Could you update this on the relevant pages for me when you get a chance? Good start for our two clubs this season, first and second place so far. I will get an image to you tomorrow and will inform Dave at Historical Kits too. Rusty1111 : Talk 18:07, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
I thought you'd like Queens win at Falkirk yesterday, first since 2011. I think that is what they've done with the warm up shirt. Check the gallery in the match report below to confirm.Rusty1111 : Talk 07:15, 27 August 2017 (UTC)

That's great. Thanks for doing that. Rusty1111 : Talk 11:12, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
Craig Gordon
I've updated Craig Gordon's and the Roll of Honour pages for his 50th cap but I'm not sure how to add him to the list at the base of the Roll of Honour list? Rusty1111 : Talk 19:50, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
Doonhamers vs Pars
I was wondering if you were venturing down to Dumfries tomorrow? Rusty1111 : Talk 19:37, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for the response. I was thinking that you were perhaps on holiday with the October week. I was almost updating the Queens match for you but I know how territorial us Wikipedians can be. I go apoplectic when someone updates the Queens pages that I do. The Doonhamers v Pars match wasn't a great spectacle, although your team were missing a few players thru injuries and suspensions, like Aird and Shiels. Rusty1111 : Talk 10:13, 23 October 2017 (UTC)

Pars v Doonhamers Part Two
I didnt get through to Fife last Saturday and I obviously missed a good performance from Dobbie & Co. I ended up going to the Ayr United v Queen's Park game at Somerset Park. Were you at the match? Rusty1111 : Talk 15:16, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
Ayr United v Queen's Park
On the balance of play, QP were unfortunate not to get a draw. They had the majority of the play before conceding the penalty, then pushed Ayr until half time and scored a well worked equaliser before the interval. Craig Reid scored a cracking own goal just into the second half when under no pressure. McCall soon after made two subs and not long after that a third one. I couldn't really see Ayr getting an equaliser, as they squandered a few decent chances. Ayr then levelled with ten minutes remaining and one of their subs, Alan Forrest (James of Celtic's younger sibling) scored the winner with two minutes left. I think Ayr have won their last two home games 3-2 and that's the first time in thirty years they've won eight home league games in a row. Raith drawing at Airdrieonians on Sunday night (although they were fortunate to even get a point, making it 2-2 in added time) gives Ayr a cushion plus they've a superior goal difference that may count for an additional point also. I do like the old fashioned stadiums like Somerset Park. With Bill Barr of Barr Construction as Ayr chairman for years, South Ayrshire Council were always knocking back his aspirations for a move to a new site. Barr built Rugby Park and Easter Road amongst others as well. Rusty1111 : Talk 17:21, 13 December 2017 (UTC)

Lee Robinson
I noticed the Pars signed Robinson the other day and that he was man of the match yesterday vs. Falkirk. Happy New Year. Rusty1111 : Talk 16:08, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
Ironic that Robinson's last goal he conceded by slipping up was against the next club he signed for. He was stopped from signing with any other club as he left Queens in September. Allan Johnstone seems to get the best out of him and Queens fans reckoned he was wanting away from Palmerston for the last 18 months he was there. I watched the highlights and he looked impressive. No problems, thanks for the explanation! GiantSnowman 19:56, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
Pars v Doonhamers
I never ventured thru to East End Park today. At least Nicky Clark bagged a hat-trick to compensate for Dobbie's one in December. Dobbie must have been injured again. The other two games drawn at Palmerston. I got to speak to AJ when he was down spying on Queens last month as he was walking in at 14:50. He was extremely genuine. Nice bloke. Rusty1111 : Talk 16:25, 31 March 2018 (UTC)
I heard Robinson was signaling to Naysmith after the Pars third goal. Rusty1111 : Talk 19:00, 31 March 2018 (UTC)
