Role account
[edit]Your username seems to indicate that you are editing as a role account. That is, the edits you make to Wikipedia won't appear to be coming from a single person, but from "ExxonMobil public affairs" in general.
This actually isn't allowed on Wikipedia; each account needs to have one person (even if pseudonymous) who takes responsibility for all of its edits. Your username gives the impression that the account is being used by an entire corporate department, not a single user.
Disclosing that you're working for ExxonMobil is important -- your user page would be a good place to do this. I recommend, though, that you change your username or start a new account. rspεεr (talk) 08:42, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
