It was already discussed here and on the talk page of the IP address that was adding it. The link does not meet WP:LINKS requirements and is considered spam to continue adding to the article.¤~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 01:43, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We understand that you mean well, ExpertPathologist, but Wikipedia is not the place to generate business for a commercial entity, which is the result of the addition; encouraging people to seek a second opinion is a good thing, something that should be done for any major pathology be it cancer or something else, but encouraging people to seek the services of one commercial entity - that is advertising. --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 01:53, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Consider starting an article

[edit]

I took a verrry brief look and did not see an article that specifically addresses the matter of 'second opinions'. There is a substantial amount of encyclopedic content that could be included in such an article without it focusing on what commercial enterprises provide second opinions, information such as studies showing the value and/or need for second opinions, social perception and professional perception of second opinions, legal aspects of obtaining second opinions, etc. You might consider either starting an article on that topic or contributing a section to the Diagnosis article. --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 03:16, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
