Nice re-ordering of sentences in Lead. Easier to follow and flows better.
Citation could be made in reference to Homer in 1st and 2nd paragraphs of "the idea of paideia." (I like the addition of "in ancient and modern cultures" to the title of the section. Relevant.)
I like that you have information on how there is paideia mentality for literature. Good connection.
Could expand on Aristotle's paideia proposal to flesh out that paragraph.
Good, clear re-wording of Isocrates paragraph.
Good that you made workable links, whereas the original article doesn't let you click on them to see the sources.
