Moving pages

Hi! When you move pages that have a move discussion going on on the talk page, please remember to close the discussion when you make the move. This is done by removing the {{movereq}} tag from the appropriate section (usually Requested move or similar). Otherwise the page will still be listed at Wikipedia:Requested moves, even though it's already been moved. You can also use {{subst:RM top}} and {{subst:RM bottom}} to mark the section as closed (see the documentation for details). Regards, Jafeluv (talk) 11:09, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

Sandal move(s)

The RM that you're starting on Talk:Sandal (footwear) is exactly the same RM that we just did... half of it, at least.

I wanted to re-list it to get more attention, and to get the description correct because I already ,moved sandal to sandal (disambiguation). Are you an administrator? If so can delete the redirect that has the title "Sandal"? --3^0$0%0 22:44, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

IAC/InterActiveCorp split

I have proposed splitting IAC/InterActiveCorp at Talk:IAC/InterActiveCorp#Requested split. Please comment there not here. --3^0$0%0 16:54, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

IAC/InterActiveCorp split needs more input

{{helpme}} Can someone contribute (who is not me) to the Requested split section on Talk:IAC/InterActiveCorp?

Actually, that huge list of links is not appropriate in an article at all; a) External links should only be used as either references, or b) in a very limited sense in an 'external links' section, per the external links policy.
Wikipedia is not a directory, hence I have removed the links; sorry about that.  Chzz  ►  19:17, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

I was looking for it to be moved to my userspace for the reason that i want to improve it. Maybe it should be moved to User:Evosoho/IAC/old? --3^0$0%0 20:23, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

IAC/InterActiveCorp move to my userspace as an archive

{{adminhelp}} Can an admin comment on the move discussion at Talk:IAC/InterActiveCorp#Requested move from IAC/InterActiveCorp to User:Evosoho/IAC/old? I will close the discussion based on that admin's call. If you can merge the edit histories of User:Evosoho/IAC and IAC/InterActiveCorp so that IAC/InterActiveCorp can just be deleted. --3^0$0%0 20:50, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

An admin and another user have responded at the article talk. -Optigan13 (talk) 23:49, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

I have nominated List of Bulgarian military aircraft (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) for discussion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at the discussion page. Thank you. 3^0$0%0 1@!k (0#1®!%$ 15:59, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Memorex NPOV Tag

If you are going to put a NPOV tag on a page you owe it to the rest of the authors to state what u see as not neutral. In the absence of a discussion the tag will be removed. Tom94022 (talk) 16:16, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Speedy delete tags

Just a reminder - three applications of a speedy deletion tag on an article, or in this case, a redirect, within two hours can be hours considered abusing it. I've now removed it twice; User:Killiondude has also removed it. It would be much more prudent to let the RfD to play out (also, I've left a suggestion regarding this with your tag team partner on this - stating that putting this in context would be a much better option. Without any mention of the history of Fiat in North America - and its problems that resulted in its withdrawing from this side of the Atlantic for two decades - the target article violates WP:NPOV. Expanding the section and putting it in historical context would be a far better action than repeated applications of speedy delete tags. B.Wind (talk) 18:43, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Take this as your final warning. Do not add the speedy deletion tag again. You're engaging in an edit war, and you've probably violated the WP:3RR, both of which are blockable offenses. Killiondude (talk) 18:58, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
