Modern synthesis

I noticed your edit at Modern synthesis, the details of which are over my head. However, I suspect that Extended evolutionary synthesis should be restored with some suitable wording even if the topic is not actually part of the "modern synthesis". Hi John. Am working on Evolutionary Synthesis and getting the entry right. Problem is that the entry on Extended Synthesis has errors too (eg. dates, etc). Am working on Encyclopedia entry for Evolutionary Synthesis so will find a way of connecting entries. Thanks for the help! Good. I copied your comment to here as it's generally better to keep discussions in one place. You can attract my attention from a talk page with WP:Notifications which can be a new comment that includes {{ping|Johnuniq}} along with your signature. If I miss it, you can follow up on my talk later. By the way, page titles and section headings at Wikipedia use sentence case so it should be "Evolutionary synthesis" (lowercase "s").

I see that Evolutionary synthesis redirects to Modern synthesis. If you click the first link you will see that you end up at the second with a small note "(Redirected from Evolutionary synthesis)" at the top. The fact that the redirect exists is confirmation that Extended evolutionary synthesis should be restored to that page. Please ask me or WP:HELPDESK any questions.
