Yeah, you can change pretty much any page, including userpages, on Wikipedia except those that are protected. However, it's generally discouraged to edit someone's userpage.

Btw, on a talk page, to leave a message, use the "New section" tab which will create a new section with a separate header. Mahanga^Talk 01:57, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
