The fact that the file has a name and the words "All rights reserved" on it suggests that either

  • you are not actually the creator, or
  • you don't understand the implications of releasing a file under the Creative Commons Licence.

Since such copyright notices are totally useless for Wikipedia (or Commons), and under the Creative Commons Licence every editor is permitted to download your file, remove the notice and overwrite the file with the cleaned-up version.

I don't want which of the two cases applies, but in either case it seems inappropriate to use the image in the article. And it is especially inappropriate to do so while it contains a name that has nothing to do with the article. Hans Adler 16:18, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
