Each fact referenced in the article seems to be appropriate and reliable references. The article provides numerous amounts of references which indicates that this topic has been researched in depth. Everything in the article seems to be related to the topic because everything flows together and nothing appears random or odd. Overall the article appears to be neutral, it does not take any particular side or position. Mostly all of the information comes from some type of academic journal in where the articles are usually all the time peer reviewed journals. There are two point of views that I consider are underrepresented which are "Media impact on body image" and "Disorders caused by social media." The media is a big contributor to body image because it is an influence to the way people view them selves. In checking a few of the links in the citations, I discovered that a handful of them could not be found and others no longer existed. When it comes to close paraphrasing and plagiarism within the article, I did not find any. Everything that is said has a source to support it. The only thing that stood out to me was the image of the baby and the sentence that comes with it. The phrase states "the mouth and taste are the first means of exploration of the body by a baby," which is irrelevant with the definition of body image that was presented as "a person's perceptions of the aesthetics or sexual attractiveness of their own body."
