I have wavered a bit on this one but I think it's best to further develop it in the daftspace, especially because the submitter has been paid for their editing. Here is my rationale: although the art project itself is likely notable, it seems like this article tries to be both about the creator and the project; thus, it comes across as somewhat promotional since our articles are not normally conceived in this way. It would be proper to have a fully developed article on the project and a reasonably short section on the artist, not a 50/50 split. What is more, there are many external links (which we avoid as a principle), contributing to the impression that the article is not yet written from a neutral perspective. I advise the submitter to redesign the draft according to my comments, after which it'll probably be accepted.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:STEFDIES and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
If you now believe the draft cannot meet Wikipedia's standards or do not wish to progress it further, you may request deletion.
