Tips
[edit]Hi, I hope you don't mind me filling in the {{saved book}} template to give a preview of the cover. I tried to be faithfull to this.
Some additional tips, did you know that you can rename articles ([[Article|New name]])? This way you can get rid of things like "Ray tracing (graphics)" and have the neater "Ray tracing" instead (since the context makes it clear that you aren't talking about Ray tracing (physics)). - Also, if you want that book to be maintained by the Wikipedia community at large, you could move it to Book:Ray tracing (or something similar). Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 10:01, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
Pioneers in graphics design ???
[edit]Hello Erich666, via an IP Daniel Cohen-Or was added as computer pioneer, but I can not find anything to prove this.[1]
I am from Germany and wrote the new article about Georg Nees in the wp:de and en. Also my article about Tony de Peltrie is online in wp:de and on the front page tomorrow, and soon on wp:en too. I would like to know what you can say about it - bevor I reverting it (maybe).--Maxim Pouska (talk) 20:11, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
I would not say Daniel Cohen-Or was a pioneer in computer graphics. I think of pioneers in graphics as having been in the field for 30+ years (i.e., a fair bit longer than I have). I can't really comment on "computer pioneer," as I don't know your definition. I know his name, he's done a fair bit of research, but he first published in computer graphics in 1991. There are a large number of people that predate him in the field, some by decades. Erich666 (talk) 15:13, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
