Welcome!
[edit]Hello, EricaHonore, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

2018 Women's March
[edit]Hi! I didn't know if you were interested in editing this article for your main topic. If so, I wanted to give you a bit of a head's up about the article, as it's held under discretionary sanctions. What this ultimately means is that the article is part of a controversial topic and as such, is more closely monitored than some other articles on Wikipedia. If you edit the article, make sure that you open up a discussion on the talk page to note what you plan on adding to the article and seek some feedback. Also, make sure that your sources are the best possible sources (usually means academic and scholarly sources) and that the material is written neutrally. If the content is removed, then the best move would be to discuss the edits on the talk page. Essentially this would be things you would already being doing - the main thing is that you will have to be more cautious than you would with other topics.
Cheers! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 00:27, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
