I've seen your email, and I'm afraid I can't restore the page based on it. If you do indeed own the copyright to this material then in order to use it on Wikipedia you would need to follow the instructions here (or here, if you would like a longer explanation). You can demonstrate this through email, however:

You have to send it to a central email address, not that of an individual user
The email has to come from an address that is demonstrably associated with the source of the content
The email has to include wording granting specific things, which your email doesn't include.

I'm aware that this content probably didn't come from the link in the deletion summary, that's why I put "or similar" in the reason. Nevertheless it does indeed look like it has been taken from existing text published by a third party elsewhere, and so we need adequate evidence that we can legally use it before it is posted to any articles.
