You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used only for vandalism.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Hi Enver Ottoman - I have blocked your account as a vandalism-only account. I have done this based on the fact that you have submitted multiple article drafts through WP:AFC that, at a very minimum, contain sources that are almost certainly fabricated. More likely, some (or all) of these articles are WP:HOAXs. For example:

  • In this draft [1], you included a reference to a website "militaryhistorycaucasus.org", however, a WHOIS search finds that no such domain name has been registered.
  • In the same article, you included a DOI to an article purportedly published in a Journal of Caucasian Studies, though no such DOI actually exists.
  • You included, as a reference, a thesis purportedly hosted by North-Caucasus Federal University, however, you used the wrong URL for that institution and -- generously assuming this was simply a typo -- did not use the correct directory syntax for where NCFU hosts their theses.
  • In this draft [2], you cite an article in volume 11, issue 3 by a James Forsyth in Central Asian Survey titled "A History of the Peoples of the Caucasus". However, not only is there no so-named article in that issue of Central Asian Survey, no article by a James Forsyth appears at all.
  • In the same draft you cite page 420 of The Russian Conquest of the Caucasus by Baddeley to support the statement "The Battle of Adji-Gozle took place in 1836 in the North Caucasus between the Russian forces commanded by General Alexander Veliaminov and the Chechen highlanders led by Imam Shamil" There has been only one printing of this book and page 420 does not contain the place name "Adji-Gozle", the date "1836", or the personal name "Alexander Veliaminov".
  • In these, and some other drafts, you have included references to offline texts with titles that do not appear in Worldcat or any other directory. You have cited journals the existence of which I can find no evidence.

Any of these, individually, might be a case of a simple formatting error or mistake. It is impossible for me to believe, however, that all of these mistakes happened in the same series of drafts written in close succession.
While you are no longer able to edit Wikipedia, I hope you will continue to participate in the Wikipedia project as a non-editing reader or as a supporter of the Wikimedia Foundation [3]. Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia. Chetsford (talk) 05:09, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Draft:Battle of River Khabl, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
