[edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Cryptic crossword. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use Wikipedia for promotion or advertising, as you did at Collins Scrabble Words. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:02, 23 October 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
I sincerely apologize for using Wikipedia incorrectly during my first few edits. I will never use Wikipedia for "promotional" or "advertising" ever again. I would like to create an educational page on the winners and medalists of major crossword tournaments in the U.S. This page does not currently exist on Wikipedia or anywhere on the internet. I think it would be a very valuable page for the public to be able to view and track. Can I please be unblocked? Thanks so much for your consideration. Emraeshine (talk) 04:36, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
No thanks. If you wish to write about subject areas for which you have no conflict of interest, please tell us what those are. Yamla (talk) 11:16, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
