Linkspam
[edit]Rest assured that linkspam will be removed. -- RHaworth 21:06, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Coffee pot. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Nposs 17:29, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to French press, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia. Request reason:
I provide links to site that are strictly informational and strictly related.
Decline reason:
You seem to provide links only to the one site, however -- most likely a site you're involved with. Please see WP:EL and WP:COI. It might be helpful if you indicated other areas you'd like to contribute in, or at the least that you're willing to commit to discussing these links and gaining consensus to add them, first. – Luna Santin (talk) 09:23, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Sockpuppet
[edit]There is an anonymous IP that appears to be a sockpuppet WP:SOCK of this user. Compares these two dffs - same link, same link title: added by user diff vs. added by 64.142.88.201 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) diff. Furthermore, this anon IP has re-added the link since Emotionlovesyou has been blocked: diff. The website linked is exceeding low in content. The links added lead to pages with a few paragraphs of general descriptive text, all of which repeats information from the article. In fact, these pages feature links back to Wikipedia. The "More about ..." links on the pages lead to statements like "We're currently looking for aspiring writers who are passionate about latte to help us with content related to ..." In no way can this site pass the guidelines for WP:EL. Nposs 15:56, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
